They were polite and I could see that after 50 years in the constuctiion industry they were real professionals in their trade. In particularthey spent time making good the odd patch of rendering which is a speckled type.The matching was excellent.and showed real craftsmanship.I would aslso like to add that the whole process from choosing , to placing the order and keeping in touch and answering any questiions swiftly (Joe and Paul) helped immensely. This is the 2nd lot of windows and doors installed in our community hall by Unique Windows and once again the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with excellent detail to the finish. As a charity we are duty bound to get 3 quotes and Unique Windows were the most competitive.

The pre-installation site visit was carried out quickly and a comprehensive easy to understand quote sent within days.

The installers were professional, helpful and very understanding of our day users and when the work was complete they left the hall in excellent clean order.

I am delighted with my new windows. I had the whole house done, and they look fantastic. The fitters (Matt and Stuart) did a great job, and did the windows exactly how I wanted them, they were very quick and left the house clean and tidy. The windows came with the wrong handles, but they replaced them with the correct ones in less than a day. I wholeheartedly recommend Unique Windows.

Unique windows did a great job a year ago and the windows they installed are still great. The specification forms took a little time for me to complete, but the company spotted a couple of mistakes in my form, so saved the day. I got the satinsised finish in the bathroom which is more modern. Measurement and installation was very quick and clean. I couldn't be more pleased

Very happy with Unique Windows, replacing all our windows and also new bifold door. They were flexible and worked with our timeliness and always delivered when they said they would.

My partner and I ordered some Origin sliding doors for a loft extension I’m building at our home in South Croydon.

Ordering: Chris in the office in Carshalton was very helpful with helping us select a decent quality of door and with a reasonably quick turnaround too. He was very patient pricing different options to help us pick the right doors.

Installation: We were given good notice of the installation date and our installers (Shane and Ash) were very polite and punctual. The doors were installed with a great deal of care and look and feel fabulous in their operation.

Return visit: The guys needed to return to trim the frame once I had finished the hanging tiles on the dormer. Again we were notified of when the guys were going to arrive and they were right on time.

Summary: If I’m completely honest, having worked as a construction site manager and clerk of works myself I would definitely consider myself a bit of a fussy customer, but these guys didn’t disappoint, they did a cracking job and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The guys were a pleasure to have around during the works and left everything beautifully clean when they were done, and most importantly of all there were no unexpected surprises. My wife, Anne Dawson, has just had three new windows and new bifold doors installed in our kitchen and bathroom. We were both delighted with quality and service. Additionally, we decided to replace our front door. We were completely bowled over with the result. Kell, our installer, has done a perfect job.

What I anticipated to be an extremely stressful undertaking has been carried out with little fuss and extreme professionalism and care.

I have an old Victorian building and an unusual, partly built-in frame, but the finished result looks fabulous.

In addition, Unique were extremely accommodation with fitting the installation dates around my schedule and that of my tenants. The tenants said the workers were very friendly and polite and they left no mess whatsoever.
