Out with the old and in with the new

Mr Chitranjan from Tooting in South London got in touch with us at Unique Windows about replacing his old single-glazed windows and doors with modern double-glazed windows and doors. In total, he needed five windows—two bay windows and three regular bedroom windows—and two doors.

The problem

With his single-glazed windows and old-fashioned doors, Mr Chitranjan found his house very draughty. He wanted new windows and doors that would be in keeping with the style of his home, but that would also help to keep the heat in during the winter and eliminate draughts. As his bay windows are very large, it is no surprise that his single-glazed panes were not thermally efficient!

The solution

We listened carefully to Mr Chitranjan’s needs in order to make sure that we provided him with the right products. He was concerned about it taking a long time to get a quote, but we made the process effortless for him, and he later told us that it was “very easy to get a quote” and that what we quoted was a “good price”. He immediately booked us to do the work.
We wanted to make sure that the work caused as little disturbance as possible, so took every effort to make the project run smoothly. Mr Chitranjan was impressed, saying that we were “always on time” and “very helpful”. In particular, he complimented us on the politeness and smartness of our team.

A happy customers

Mr Chitranjan was extremely pleased with the work and told us that he had “nothing bad to say” about our service. His new windows suit the style of his home and keep the draughts out. He has even gone on to recommend us to his brother, who is also looking for new windows.
